I have just spoken to Kathleen,after many prompt e-mail replies and we are now the proud owners of a little welsh mare!Kathleen was so very good at answering my many questions and she put me at ease about buying a pony sight unseen over the internet!We now have to wait til Tippen gets in the "family way" before we have her shipped to Az.I am so excited,the wait is going to be hard.Kathleen has promised to send pics every once in a while so that I can get my pony fix!

This past weekend, a Welsh C from Mt Dragon became part of our horse family. Evans Small Town Hero stole our hearts the moment he stepped off the trailer.
Our kids love him and spend a lot of time with him. Small Town is a joy to have in the barn, friendly, attentive and very intelligent.

My good friend, and absolute horse expert Gloria and I visited Mt. Dragon Pony Acres and found what we had been searching for for some time - stunning ponies - with looks, movement and temperaments to match...
The result, a year later, we went back to pick up "Evan's Scarlett the Dragon", despite Gloria's advanced cancer, she was determined to bring that pony mare home.
Three year's later, Scarlett has borne two stunning foals - both with bright chestnut coats, nice blazes, and four white stockings - like their dam. Their movement is stunning - daisy-cutter grace that breeders of hunter ponies prizer highly. While we are waiting to put them over fences, their agility has already been shown in the field, leaping about with the other pony colts.
You could look far and wide and not find the quality that Kathleen's ponies exhibit... And while Gloria's cancer is still there, her excitement of seeing her great "pony project" come to fruition due to Scarlett's foals has given her the added edge to continue successfully battling cancer, and have a very fulfilling life enjoying gorgeous pony foals - thanks to Mt. Dragon!

I am just always WOWED when I come and visit your site and see all your new ponies. What an absolutely wonderful Section B breeding program you have! You are for sure one of the largest importers of top, top quality!! I am envious of your vast collection and I am sure you have some of the most amazing ponies on this continent. I do love your Section A's and am hugely excited about *Swinford Bethan joining our breeding program. We will excitedly await her foal. Also, we have Evans Memphis Reigns who will be bred to your beautiful stallion *Menai Carlo. We await the arrival of her as well and will have an Evans pony in our breeding program and at our shows up here in Canada!
